Every Monday we do a family night where we reserve that night just for our family and most of the time we'll do something fun like play a board game, go miniature golfing, go to an arcade, etc.. and my husband usually leads our family in some sort of uplifting discussion about what we hold dear as a family. Tonight Loves wanted to start the discussion. She is eight. She brought out a basket full of torn up paper and said that this basket represented all the blessings in our lives and for us to each choose a blank paper and say what we felt was a blessing in our life. What insight! She is growing up so beautifully and I am excited to see her discover all the blessings in life.
